Keepsake
Description
Keepsake was developed by the University of Minnesota and introduced in the late 1970s. The fruit is sweet and spicy and the texture is crisp and dense, making it an ideal cooking apple. It keeps very well, storing up to six months. Harvests early October in south central PA.
