Description Released by USDA ARS-San Joaquin Valley, Galaxy is a white-fleshed peento ripening about a week before Saturn.

However, Galaxy is larger and firmer than Saturn. It has a cream-colored skin with an attractive red blush. Flavor is mild and sub-acid.
