Released by the NY State Experiment Station. L'Amour has excellent fruit quality and the berries are bright red and firm with excellent flavor.

Fruit Quality
Berries are large and very attractive, uniformly red in colour and very glossy. Shape is uniformly conical which allows a very consistent presentation of punnets.

Parentage
Lucy (formerly EM931) was bred at East Malling Research and was first selected in 1996. It has a complex pedigree, which includes Honeoye, Selva and Rapella.
